While the Tradewinds Golf Villas are each designed to be the vacation home of your dreams, you may not be ready to occupy your new villa on a full time basis. If this is the case, or you've purchased a Villa as an investment, you may want to put your new property to good use by renting it out at the times you are absent. A vacation rental at the Tradewinds Golf Villas gives all of the luxury upgrades and amenities included in a Flagship Home, making it very attractive to the Renter, and will yield a generous return on investment for the Owner.
You could handle the rental and management yourself - which will always be an option, Tradewinds does not have a rental pool requirement - but for most non-resident Tradewinds Golf Villas owners, that would not be practical.
